TTS work on incredible projects for Tesco. The Eat Happy Project aims to support children in understanding what an amazing range of foods there are, where they come from and how they grow.

The following Tesco introductory video gives a really good insight into what it’s all about…

With 1 in 7 children classified as obese and only 16% of boys and 20% of girls eating the daily 5 portions of fruit and vegetables, improving their understanding of food and ability to cook must become a priority.

TTS know how busy schools are, and it’s a challenge finding time to do a cooking lesson.  To make these opportunities more frequent Tesco & TTS have worked with a passionate group of teachers and educational specialist to put together a range of recipes that are accompanied by detailed curriculum driven lesson plans.  All recipes have age appropriate cooking skills with linked English, Maths and Science activities.  We really believe that this free toolkit will help make learning about cooking and food an exciting and empowering experience.
