View the video above to find out more about how to use our circular light panel.

Suitable for children from 3 years of age, the circular slim-line light panel measures 600mm in diameter providing ample space for a child or small group to engage in the learning process. The illuminated arena, which does not get hot, provides quiet focus for the exploration of light, colour mixing, transparency and opacity. Natural and manmade objects take on a fresh appeal when illuminated from below engaging children as they observe and study. The light panel is by nature an open-ended resource that appeals to all ages and can be used in science observation, small world play, for numeracy, literacy, creativity, knowledge and understanding.

I am a governor at a special needs school which has wonderful children aged 3-19 with profound and multiple learning disabilities. A resource like this could be used by children and young people in all the year groups in our school, and would provide an amazing sensory and educational experience for them. It would be used creatively by our team of dedicated staff (teachers and TA’s) and would provide our kids with an experience whick would encourage communication, learning and delight all in one go!
