Julie is an Early Years development manager for the Early Years Alliance, with over 25 years in the sector, starting her career as a part-time nanny, before moving on to working in a nursery as an educator, then moving into a management role.
Julie has trained as a tutor and assessor and enjoys using her own experiences and knowledge to deliver and develop training materials to support the Early Years sector.
